We’ve put together three full-day itineraries to help you discover the very best of our stunning coastline aboard our boats.
Each route is designed for a morning departure and a return in the late afternoon — and can be tailored to your preferences.
Get ready to spend an unforgettable day filled with sea, sunshine, and postcard-worthy views!
Portofino, Paraggi & San Fruttuoso
Departing from Rapallo, we head west along the coast, passing Santa Margherita Ligure and soon reaching Portofino.
Here you can enjoy your first stop: a coffee while admiring the famous piazzetta from the sea, or a loop around Portofino’s bay to photograph the pastel-colored houses from the water.
Back on course, we sail to the nearby bay of Paraggi, known for its emerald waters — perfect for a refreshing swim or some snorkeling among the fish.
Continuing around the Portofino promontory, we reach San Fruttuoso, where the thousand-year-old seaside abbey offers a truly unique view.
Here you can anchor for lunch: go ashore by tender and enjoy Ligurian specialties at one of the beach kiosks, or have a picnic onboard in the shade of the monastery.
After lunch, don’t miss a swim near the submerged statue of Christ of the Abyss (ideal for experienced snorkelers with mask and fins).
In the afternoon, it's time to head back: you can either return via Portofino and Santa Margherita for one last scenic ride, or — if conditions allow — sail all the way around the promontory, passing by Camogli (with the option of a quick stop near Punta Chiappa).
We return to Rapallo with the sun setting behind Portofino — the perfect end to a perfect day.
Sestri Levante, Baia del Silenzio & Baia delle Favole
This route takes you eastward, to discover the lesser-known — yet equally charming — gems of the Tigullio Gulf.
Departing from Rapallo and heading east, you’ll sail past the towns of Zoagli, Chiavari, and Lavagna, admiring their long beaches and historic centers from the sea.
After about an hour of smooth sailing (keep your eyes peeled — dolphins are sometimes spotted in these waters!), you’ll arrive in Sestri Levante, the “town of two seas.”
Sestri sits on a narrow peninsula between two stunning bays: the Bay of Fairy Tales to the west, and the famous Bay of Silence to the east.
Enter slowly into the Bay of Silence, where pastel-colored houses reflect on the typically calm sea — here, time truly seems to stand still.
Anchoring can be tricky during peak season due to space and restrictions, but you’ll still be able to stop close enough to soak in the view.
Take a dip in the bay’s turquoise waters, then hop ashore by tender for a stroll: enjoy artisanal gelato or a seafood lunch at one of the beachfront restaurants for an even more memorable break.
On the way back in the afternoon, take a few detours: for example, drop anchor in front of Zoagli to snorkel around its reef (known for its rich marine life), or enter the Chiavari–Lavagna gulf to watch the activity in one of the largest marinas in the area.
Return to Rapallo is expected in the late afternoon, sailing with the sun behind you and the coastal lights beginning to twinkle.
